This unique 70% cashmere, 30% silk cape is one of the most exclusive treasures in our handcrafted collection.

Our cashmere yarn from Nepal is combed by hand and thus gently obtained from the undercoat of the cashmere goat living in the Himalayas. The valuable yarn is spun by hand and then woven in several work steps using the special Diamond Weave technique .

In Nepal, this craft looks back on a very long tradition, which is only produced here sustainably and lovingly by hand.

The raw silk comes from China and supports the vividness of the colors during printing.

Each motif, here from the ESVARA collection DEEP DOWN IN THE JUNGLE, is drawn by the artist with ink (not graphically created on the computer). A separate frame is created for each individual color so that it can then be screen printed color by color in 18 separate work steps.

The cape is so soft that it can also be worn as a scarf and so light that it envelops the wearer in a touch of unique luxury in both winter and summer.

Each cape is unique and is limited to 5 pieces worldwide in the respective color combination.
