A symbol, unlike an ornament, is a visual sign as a metaphor for a profound, extraordinary truth. In search of the origin and essence of the symbols, I experienced a fascinating journey through all eras and cultural areas."

This beautiful unique carpet shows an abstract pattern of a tiger's head. As a power animal, the tiger stands for passion, wildness and power.

Due to the special art of knotting, the carpet is elaborately made by hand in different heights (2-10mm) and appears in a 3-dimensional picture game.

The carpet was hand-knotted by Tibetans living in exile in Nepal. The best highland wool from the Himalayas is used for this, as well as the finest natural silk from China. Depending on the incidence of light, the natural silk shimmers on the carpet and lets it shine elegantly in several shades of beige.
